Malone and Tate has worked with a variety of project delivery formats. We specialize in Design/ Build but have worked in construction management and plan and spec formats. We have completed hundreds of construction projects in these various formats.

MICHAEL E. TATE
Michael has been Vice President and Co-Founder of our firm since June of 1974. In 1979, Michael graduated from Ithaca College studying Business Administration. Thereafter, in 1983, Mr. Tate went on to receive a Jurist Doctor from Touro College School of Law and is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association.
FIELDS OF SPECIALIZATION
Mr. Tate is one of the original Co-Founders of our firm. His extensive business and legal background has contributed to the rapid development and growth of our firm. He is responsible for all site related issues and is acting general superintendent for our firm. In addition he is the preferred Site Superintendent for all large-scale design build projects. Job site safety is a high priority at Malone & Tate Builders, Inc. For that reason, Mr. Tate has chosen for the past ten years to be our Corporate Safety Officer. Through his top down strategy for safety, Mr. Tate has guided this firm to an exemplary OSHA safety record.

MICHAEL J. MALONE
Michael is the President/C.E.O., and Co-Founder of our firm as of June 1974. Michael obtains an Associates Degree in Civil Technology that he received in 1977 from Hudson Valley Community College and continued on through 1981 when he received his B.S. of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology.
FIELDS OF SPECIALIZATION
Mr. Malone is one of the original co-founders of our firm. His extensive technical skills and over forty years of experience have been invaluable in the development and growth of our firm. He is responsible for overall corporate operations including, but not limited to, bonding capacity, credit line and financials, marketing and client relations, design build negotiations, project selection and final bid evaluation and submission.
